Product descriptions, dimensions, turnaround estimates, photographs, and other website content are provided for general information. Final specifications, quantities, prices, shipping charges, production times, and payment terms are established in a written quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other agreement issued by Votka LLC.

Quote requests

You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, quantities, delivery information, and files. A quote is not binding until confirmed by Votka LLC in writing. We may decline a request or ask for additional information before quoting.

Orders and shipping

Shipping methods, charges, timing, and responsibility for loss or damage are determined for each order and shown in the applicable quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Website statements about turnaround or delivery are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Custom products

Mailer boxes may be produced to customer-provided dimensions or specifications. The customer is responsible for confirming that submitted measurements and requirements are correct before production. Material color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly between production lots or screens.

Submitted files

By submitting a file, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use it for the requested quote or order. You must not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential information belonging to another party without authorization, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, photographs, VotkaBox™ name, and other site content are owned by Votka LLC or used with permission. You may view and print website content for your internal business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

Prohibited use
