Corner & Structural Protection
Triple-layer side walls reinforce the box at its most vulnerable points and increase structural rigidity. Choose our mailers for products that can be damaged if the package is crushed at the corners or deformed during transit.
Ships flat, folds fast
Mailers are supplied as self-locking die-cut blanks. They assemble quickly and do not require glue or extra tape for the box itself.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one sheet of corrugated board. The actual number of boxes depends on their dimensions and how many layouts fit on one sheet.
Do custom dimensions cost extra?
No. You can adjust the length, width, and height within our available size range. Your box is priced according to the next larger size bracket, with no custom-size surcharge.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated separately based on the box size, order quantity, and delivery ZIP code. The shipping cost will be shown in your quote before you place an order.
What will I receive in my quote?
Your quote will show the cost of the boxes, the shipping cost, the total order cost, and the exact quantity calculated from the production layout.
